By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

2. Eligibility

• Use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws

We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content.

6. Payments and Transactions

Payments made through the Platform are processed by authorized third-party payment providers. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Authorize the payment provider to process your transaction

We are not responsible for payment failures, delays, or disputes arising from third-party services.

7. Merchant responsibility

• Accuracy of Information: Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of business details, product descriptions, and pricing displayed on their e-commerce store.
• Compliance: Merchants must comply with applicable laws, including those governing taxes, data privacy, and consumer protection.
• Customer Service: Merchants are responsible for managing customer relationships, including refunds, returns, and complaints.

GoSeller is not responsible for payment to fraudulent merchant, delays, or disputes from merchant. Please make sure you use payment as cash on delivery to avoid any fraudulent activities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Platform are the property of GoSeller or its licensors. Users may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute Platform content
• Reverse-engineer or modify Platform features
• Use our trademarks without written permission

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with third-party tools such as:

We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or performance of third-party services.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Issues arising from user-generated content or third-party services

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to discontinue use.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoSeller, its employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform

• Infringement of third-party rights

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you:

• Misuse Platform features

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
